INGREDIENTS


  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 8 (8 inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 (9 oz) pkg frozen spinach cooked, squeezed to drain
  • 1 medium green pepper or red pepper chopped (1 cup)
  • 4 oz. (1 cup) crumbled feta cheese

DIRECTIONS

 

  1. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, garlic powder and pepper; blend well
  2. Spread 2 tbsp cream cheese mixture on each tortilla
  3. Sprinkle 2 tbsp of each green pepper, spinach, and cheese on half of each tortilla
  4. Broil until golden brown and crispy on each side
  5. Cut into triangles and serve with beans and rice or salad
