- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 8 (8 inch) flour tortillas
- 1 (9 oz) pkg frozen spinach cooked, squeezed to drain
- 1 medium green pepper or red pepper chopped (1 cup)
- 4 oz. (1 cup) crumbled feta cheese
- In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, garlic powder and pepper; blend well
- Spread 2 tbsp cream cheese mixture on each tortilla
- Sprinkle 2 tbsp of each green pepper, spinach, and cheese on half of each tortilla
- Broil until golden brown and crispy on each side
- Cut into triangles and serve with beans and rice or salad
