INGREDIENTS
6 large Country Style Pork Ribs
1/2 Bottle of BBQ sauce of your choice. We like Stubb's Hickory Bourbon Barbecue Sauce
1 Large Onion
DIRECTIONS
Place thawed ribs in a large crock pot
Add 1 large roughly cut onion
Pour 1/2 bottle BBQ sauce over the ribs.
Cook on low all day. I usually serve with coleslaw or corn.
The recipe also works for chicken thighs or leg quarters
