- 4 1/2 lb. Corned beef brisket
- 2 medium onions, quartered
- 1 cabbage head, cut in small wedges
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 tbsp. vinegar
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 2 c. water
- Combine ingredients in crock pot with cabbage on top
- Cut meat to fit, if necessary
- Cover and cook on high 6-7 hours
