- 5 thick sliced large pieces of uncooked ham
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- Combine sauce ingredients
- Dip each slice in the sauce and then place in the crock pot
- Pour the remainder of the sauce over the slices in the crock pot
- Cook on low for half a day
- Do not flip the slices or they will fall apart
