- Cook BBQ with this Recipe
- Place BBQ in a frying pan with 1/4 C Leaf Lard and add 4 Tbs of Birria marinade and cook till warm and meat is cover good with Birria marinade
- Cook BBQ till warm and cover good with Birria sauce and set aside in a bowl
- Slice up Cilantro, Onions, and crumble the cheese and put everything in seperate bowls
- Slice up lime, quarting it into 9-10 parts
- In a sauce pan cook the rest of the leaf lard and add the rest of the Birria marinade and cook still till leaf lard turns the color of Birria marinade.
- In the frying pan add some of the leaf lard from the sauce pan enough to cover the bottom of the frying pan
- Add 2 Guerrero White Corn Tortillas to the frying pan with the lard and marinade
- Cook each side of Corn Tortillas till golden crisp
- Repeat this proccess till all Corn Tortillas are cooked.
- Add meat first then White Onion, Cheese, Cilantro and squeeze 1 piece of lime on top
- Serve it soon as possible
Usually Birria is a marinade made using beef and put into tacos. The BBQ pork takes it to a much better level and taste way better in our opinion, and everyone who eats it.
