INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tube Pillsbury refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 12 slices Italian salami
  • 16 slices pepperoni
  • 1 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Butter 
  • Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Pwder
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley
  • 1 Tbsp Basil

DIRECTIONS

  • Roll out pizza crust onto parchment paper lines baking sheet
  • Spread 1/2 cup pizza sauce on it
  • Top with thin layer of Ham, then 1 cup mozzarella, then layer of Genoa salami, another cup of cheese, a layer of pepperoni and another cup of cheese
  • Sprinkle with Italian seasoning
  • Roll up tightly and pinch seams
  • Roll it over so seams are on the bottom
  • Brush with 1 tbsp of melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and dried parsley and basil
  • Cut slices into top of dough to let air out
  • Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown and crispy
  • Let it sit for 10 minutes before slicing
