INGREDIENTS

 

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2-1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon onion salt

DIRECTIONS

 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. Cut each potato into 12 wedges
  3. In a large bowl, combine oil, paprika, salt and garlic powder
  4. Add potatoes; toss to coat
  5. Transfer to a 15x10x1-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray
  6. Bake 40-45 minutes or until tender, turning once
