INGREDIENTS

 

  • 12 oz. bag egg noodles
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 - 28 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
  • 24 oz. cottage cheese
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 4 oz. shredded mozzarella

DIRECTIONS

 

  1. Brown ground beef and drain if necessary
  2. Cook egg noodles until just done; drain
  3. Mix noodles, cottage cheese, sour cream and ground beef
  4. In a 9 x 13 pan, spread a layer of spaghetti sauce
  5. Spread a layer of beef/noodle mixture
  6. Alternate until all ingredients are used, ending with sauce layer
  7. Top with shredded cheese
  8. Cover with foil and bake at 350 until heated through, about 45 min. to 1 hr. I usually uncover the last 10 minute
