- 12 oz. bag egg noodles
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 - 28 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
- 24 oz. cottage cheese
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 4 oz. shredded mozzarella
- Brown ground beef and drain if necessary
- Cook egg noodles until just done; drain
- Mix noodles, cottage cheese, sour cream and ground beef
- In a 9 x 13 pan, spread a layer of spaghetti sauce
- Spread a layer of beef/noodle mixture
- Alternate until all ingredients are used, ending with sauce layer
- Top with shredded cheese
- Cover with foil and bake at 350 until heated through, about 45 min. to 1 hr. I usually uncover the last 10 minute
