- 2 cups Elbow Macaroni
- 4 cups water
- 16 Oz. Velvetta cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and Pepper
- Set stove burner on high/boil.
- Fill large pot with 4 cups of water.
- Set pot on burner and let water boil.
- When the water is at boiling point add 2 cups Elbow Macaroni.
- Then set stove burner to low boil; about half-way between medium and high.
- Let boil until the Macaroni is al dente or to your liking.
- When the Macaroni is cooked and still hot; strain the water out of the pot.
- Once strained turn stove burner to low and keep macaroni in pot.
- Now add 16 Oz. Velvetta cheese and stir as cheese melts.
- While stirring begin to add 1/4 cup milk.
- Stir until cheese is evenly distributed and serve.
