INGREDIENTS
32 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
18 oz marinara sauce or 3 cheese pasta sauces
4 cloves garlic, crushed
4 red ripe tomatoes, chopped or 1 can (14.5 oz) tomatoes, drained
1 c celery, diced
2 zucchini, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 t dried basil
1 t dried thyme
1/2 cup onion chopped
Red pepper flakes
DIRECTIONS
Combine ingredients in crock pot.
Cook on low for 6 hours.
Serve with melted provolone or over rice or wheat pasta.
