INGREDIENTS

 

  • 32 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 18 oz marinara sauce or 3 cheese pasta sauces
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 4 red ripe tomatoes, chopped or 1 can (14.5 oz)  tomatoes, drained
  • 1 c celery, diced
  • 2 zucchini, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 t dried basil
  • 1 t dried thyme
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • Red pepper flakes

DIRECTIONS

 

  1. Combine ingredients in crock pot.
  2. Cook on low for 6 hours.
  3. Serve with melted provolone or over rice or wheat pasta.
