INGREDIENTS

  • 2 large cucumbers or 4 mini cucumbers sliced
  • 3 vine ripened tomatoes cut in wedges
  • 4 large mixing spoonfuls Olive Oil
  • 2 large mixing spoonfuls Cider Vinegar
  • Greek Olives (optional)
  • Feta approximately 2 ounces crumbled
  • 1/2 large onion diced
  • salt and pepper to taste
