INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup spanish paprika
  • 1/4 cup salt-can be kosher
  • 1/4 cup black pepper
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp garlic granules
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp oregano
  • 2 Tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 Tbs dark chili powder

DIRECTIONS

  1. Stir all ingredients
  2. Cover meat with wet yellow mustard from a squirt bottle first by squirting it on then gently rub wet mustard onto meat
  3. Sprinkle the dry rub on to the meat heavily and coat all the meat
  4. This will do 2 whole Pork Butts
