- 1 cup spanish paprika
- 1/4 cup salt-can be kosher
- 1/4 cup black pepper
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp garlic granules
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp oregano
- 2 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 Tbs dark chili powder
- Stir all ingredients
- Cover meat with wet yellow mustard from a squirt bottle first by squirting it on then gently rub wet mustard onto meat
- Sprinkle the dry rub on to the meat heavily and coat all the meat
- This will do 2 whole Pork Butts
