- 1 tablespoon dry mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Add all ingredients to a bowl or a lidded jar
- Stir until everything is blended
- Use 1 recipe for every pound of meat
