INGREDIENTS
1 bunch (about 1 pound) asparagus, ends trimmed
1 Tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper
1/3 cup blue cheese crumbles
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400° F
Lay out asparagus side-by-side in an even layer on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper or aluminum foil
Drizzle the asparagus evenly with oil, then sprinkle with generous pinch or two of salt, and lots of freshly-ground black pepper
Give the pan a few good shakes to coat the asparagus evenly.
Cook for 10 minutes
Add blue cheese crumbles and then bake a couple more minutes
