INGREDIENTS

  • 5 cups fresh broccoli
  • 1 24 ounce cottage cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/3 ucp flour
  • 1 can whole kernel corn drained
  • 8 ounces shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 4 drops hot sauce

DIRECTIONS

 

  1. Cook broccoli 10 minutes covered, and then drain
  2. Combine with cottage cheese, eggs, butter, and flour with electric blender
  3. Process until smooth
  4. Combine broccoli, corn, and next five ingredients
  5. Stir in cottage cheese mixture.
  6. Pour into a greased 12x8x2 pan
  7. Bake on 350 for 45 minutes
