- 5 cups fresh broccoli
- 1 24 ounce cottage cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1/3 ucp flour
- 1 can whole kernel corn drained
- 8 ounces shredded swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup onion
- 4 drops hot sauce
- Cook broccoli 10 minutes covered, and then drain
- Combine with cottage cheese, eggs, butter, and flour with electric blender
- Process until smooth
- Combine broccoli, corn, and next five ingredients
- Stir in cottage cheese mixture.
- Pour into a greased 12x8x2 pan
- Bake on 350 for 45 minutes
