INGREDIENTS

  • 3-4 heads garlic
  • 3-4 Tsp olive oil

DIRECTIONS

 

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F
  2. Cut 1/4 to1/2 off the top of the garlic head. Do not peel garlic
  3. Add 1Tsp olive oil to the top of each garlic head
  4. Put in a glass dish or aluminium foil and seal so it steams the garlic head
  5. Bake in oven at 400 for 30-40 minutes untill tender. A fork should be able to go right through.
  6. Remove garlic heads and squeeze the garlics into a bowl. Wear heat proof gloves to do this part
  7. You can either squish the garlic more in a blender and add butter or just serve like it is on bread
