INGREDIENTS

  • 1 small can of organic pinto beans
  • red pepper flakes
  • minced onion
  • your favorite hot sauce
  • salt

DIRECTIONS

 

  1. Prepare pinto beans by draining can and rinsing beans
  2. Place in small pot with 1/4 to 1/2 cut water
  3. Add two shots of hot sauce
  4. Add a couple generous shakes of red pepper flakes, minced onion, and salt
  5. Cook on medium to medium low stirring frequently to be sure the beans are not sticking to the bottom for about 15 minutes
