- 1 small can of organic pinto beans
- red pepper flakes
- minced onion
- your favorite hot sauce
- salt
- Prepare pinto beans by draining can and rinsing beans
- Place in small pot with 1/4 to 1/2 cut water
- Add two shots of hot sauce
- Add a couple generous shakes of red pepper flakes, minced onion, and salt
- Cook on medium to medium low stirring frequently to be sure the beans are not sticking to the bottom for about 15 minutes
